Q. I am a woman, what should I do if I am planning to become pregnant?
Talk to your doctor if you are planning to become pregnant while taking Tretinoin. You should never get pregnant while taking Tretinoin because this medicine can harm your baby. The pregnancy needs to be terminated if you become pregnant while taking Tretinoin.

Q. Why does Tretinoin cause dry skin, dry lips and dry nose, and how to manage them?
One of the most common side effects due to Tretinoin is dryness of skin, nose and lips. Tretinoin reduces the secretion of oil, thereby, causing dryness of skin. Dryness due to Tretinoin can be managed by applying moisturizer or lubricant like Vaseline. You can also apply lip balm to relieve cracked and dry lips.
